Check in your print settings that the "print only in black" and "draft" options are not selected
Perform up to 3 printhead cleanings
Then run a printhead / nozzle check test
If the problem persists, you will need to replace the color ink cartridge .

Why is my laser printer not printing?

If the printer only outputs blank pages, you must:

Check that you have removed all the protections on the cartridge (sheet and tab)
Remove the cartridge and then gently shake it to distribute the toner
Then put the cartridge back in its slot
Perform 1 to 2 cleanings if the cleaning menu is integrated into your printer

If you cannot print anything after installing a cartridge in your Dell All In One Printer (924, 944, 962, 922, 942, 946, 964), then you will need to press the  "Copy" button the printer to make a photocopy. This will unlock the printer.

Solution 2:

You will have to ignore this message and print. When your printer updates, your recycled cartridges even if they are full cartridges will not print.   Indeed, during the update, they can be detected as empty or with a low level.
