How Connecting the Epson printer to the wireless network
This section explains how to set up wireless security and enable connection to the access point using the printer buttons. If your printer has an LCD screen, make adjustments using the screen. For more information, see Connecting your printer to the network .
The printer supports the following setting modes:
Automatic configuration using Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS)
If the access point is compatible with the Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) standard, security settings can be made automatically.
Automatic configuration using SecureEasySetup (SES)
If the access point is compatible with the SecureEasySetup (SES) standard, security settings can be configured automatically.
Do not turn off the printer or unplug it while making settings using the control panel buttons. This may cause the device to malfunction.
If the printer is connected via a LAN cable, it cannot be used on a wireless LAN.
Automatic Wireless WPS Setup
